Welcome to the Islan of Hvar. Mediterranean destination worth of visit.

Villa Hvar is a perfect choice for families with older kids or friends who spend their summertime together. 4 bedrooms villa accommodates up to 8 pax.

House is newly renovated and the pool is newly built – all just for solo use. Renting the villa Hvar you rent the whole property, inside and outside. The property is fenced and there are no other guests besides you around. Near the house, you can purchase basic food in the local grocery store. The owner will help you with the correct store location. Besides the grocery store, this area provides a restaurant too.

Hvar old town is 1,2 km away from the house so you can easily walk. The pedestrian zone and the main road from the Hvar old town are connected with the house, so it is easily reached on foot or by car. If you rent a car or motorbike parking is ensured. For those who decide to call a taxi, the owner will be at your disposal and help you with the first taxi contact.

The house consists of 2 apartments.

One on the ground floor and one on the attic floor making the house one unit.

• The attic floor –  2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms

In total that will be accommodation for 8 people.

Please notice; each apartment has a kitchen, living room, terraces & sea view.

Extras upon check-in;

Refundable Security Deposit;  300 EUR per stay, payable in cash upon check-in.

The purpose of the deposit is to cover any potential breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa.

This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there aren’t any damages to the property and usually, everything goes well.
