Dear visitors,

My name is Ivana, and this is my husband Joško. We proudly present to you our 4-star villa, Olive Tree.

It is a newly built villa with a heated pool, a sea view, close to the beaches, the village centre, restaurants, a local shop and a place to go out.

The main attraction of the villa is the unique olive grove plot that hides the villa from passersby’s views and offers you full privacy inside the fenced land.

Our location is in a small coastal village called Pisak in Omiš Riviera, 17 km away from the city of Omiš and 42 km away from the city of Split.

As same as our villa BLUE DREAM (see here), Olive Tree was our life project. We built it with passion and love, carefully selected each piece of furniture and stacked it in the interior and exterior to provide you with a memorable summer holiday.

Villa in its 3 bedrooms and accommodates 6 adults + 1 baby (baby cot). The living room sofa (sleeping size 160x200cm) accommodates up to 2 adults.

For a perfect summer ambience, the pool and the whole property are lighted at night. The kids’ playground is inside the fenced property, and private parking for 2 cars is ensured.

VILLAGE AMENITIES

Village Pisak offers a pleasant holiday mood and it is famous for its pebble beaches and crystal clear blue sea.

In Pisak you can buy all the basic food in the local grocery store. You can enjoy a nice dinner at the restaurant, drink cocktails and have fun at the beach renting a sea kayak or stand up pedal.

The whole local area offers so much fun with adrenaline sports presented in our destination experience recommendation.

PRICE LIST   2025

 Prices are in EUR / per night

Price included:  Accommodation, Wifi,  Private Parking, Air Conditioning, Linens and Bath towels.

Price does not include: The extra cost for a pet is 150 EUR per stay.  Pet is welcome / on request. 1 small pet up to 10 kg.

Security deposit;  300 EUR per stay, payable in cash upon check-in.

The purpose of the deposit is to cover any potential breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa.

This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there aren’t any damages to the property and usually, everything goes well.

17.05. – 27.09.2025     7 nights    check-in/out day – Saturday only

After 27.09.2025           5 nights

• No smoking
• Pet is welcome. 1 small pet up to 10kg – on request, please. The extra cost for a pet is 90 EUR per stay.
• Children are welcome
• For your child, we provide a baby cot and a baby chair.
• Minimum age of primary renter: 18
• Max guests: 6 in bedrooms & baby in baby cot + 2 on the sofa/living room
