The price includes; free WiFi, parking for 2 cars, Air Conditioning, Linens, Bath towels and a baby cot. For a baby cot please request it in advance.
The price does not include; pool heating for 30 EUR per day
Refundable Security Deposit; 500 EUR per stay, payable in cash upon check-in.
The purpose of the deposit is to cover any potential breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa.
This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there aren’t any damages to the property and usually, everything goes well.
