We are Ivana and Joško Kuzmanić. For around ten years, we have shared our love of Pisak with the guests of Villa BLUE DREAM and Villa OLIVE TREE.
We created these two villas as our personal life projects, with the idea of offering a special place where our guests can relax, feel at home and make wonderful holiday memories.
Both villas were designed and drawn by my husband, Joško, while I followed my passion for interior design. Throughout the process, we inspired and supported each other, sharing one goal, a great place for you.

Four generations.
The same olive trees.
The olive trees around our villas are part of our family story. We are the fourth generation to care for them, gather their fruit and make olive oil. At Villa OLIVE TREE, the centuries-old grove still gives us both its harvest and its shade.
A taste of our home.
Joško also carries on the family’s winemaking tradition as its second generation. Olive oil, wine and hospitality are part of the same way of life: care for the land, patience through the seasons and pleasure in sharing what we love.
