Villa OLIVE TREE

Up to 8 guests in three bedrooms and on a sofa bed for two in the living room. The ground-floor bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm bed that can be separated into twins, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the two bedrooms have 160 × 200 cm and 140 × 200 cm beds, sea views and balconies. Three bathrooms in total, with showers and a bathtub, plus a separate WC.

The ground-floor kitchen includes a filter coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets are provided. A barbecue is available in the garden.

130 m² of living space with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, LCD/Smart TV, a safe and hair dryer. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Bed linen and bath towels are included.

A private heated saltwater pool, 6 × 3 m, with an outdoor shower, pool terrace, garden and barbecue. The fenced 1,000 m² plot is sheltered by centuries-old olive trees for privacy, with sea views from the upper balconies. The pool and grounds are illuminated at night.

Designed for family holidays, with a children's playground inside the fenced grounds. A baby cot is free on request, and a highchair is provided. Six guests sleep in the bedrooms and two on the sofa bed, with an additional baby in a cot. One small pet up to 10 kg is welcome on request, for €90 per stay.

Kuzmanići 1, Pisak, on the Omiš Riviera. The beach, restaurants, cocktail bar and seaside activities, including kayaking, are about 200 m away; the grocery shop is about 150 m away. Free private parking for two cars. Omiš is 17 km away, Makarska 24 km and Split 42 km.
