The villa is closed outside the listed season.
Nightly rates for 2027 are unchanged from 2026.
The price includes
Accommodation, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen, bath towels and private parking.
Refundable security deposit
A €300 security deposit per stay is payable in cash at check-in to cover any breakage or damage during your stay. It is refunded in full at check-out if there is no damage to the property.
Minimum stay
From 15 May to 25 September 2027: a minimum of 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays only. Outside this period: a minimum of 5 nights.
Payment
30% upon reservation; the remaining 70% is due 10 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified more than 10 weeks before your intended departure date, the balance of your holiday is refunded. The deposit paid to secure your booking is non-refundable. If you are prevented from travelling, that booking deposit can be transferred to another period or person. Please notify us of any changes no later than 10 weeks before check-in.
